How to Look for an Existing Anchor to be Linked to a Document in Vault PromoMats and Vault Medical?
Answer:
An existing anchor can be added to a document in two different ways:
Click on the View Annotations icon and select Annotation tool --> Link icon:
a) If the title of the anchor and text selection are known:
- Select the text in the main document.
- Search for the Reference document and select the Anchor already created by clicking on the (+) icon and Close:
b) If the title of the anchor is unknown but the text selection is known:
- Select the text in the main document.
- Search for the Reference document and click on the document viewer icon

- Click on the anchor that relates to your selection, click on Add (+) and Done:
