A user wants to re-render a document in Vault. However, there is no re-render option in the action menu for this user. What permission does a user have to re-render?

Answer:

A user who wants to re-render a document needs to have one of the following two permissions.

1. The Security Profile contains Application: Vault Owner Actions: Re-render permission. This is for the Vault Owner and it is not recommended that it is granted to general users.
   
   
   
   
2. The role assigned to the user has Manage Viewable Rendition permission in the corresponding state of the document.
