Error: The following entry criteria for Content Plan Item XXXX was not met: One or more Matched Documents are not version locked. - when locking a content plan in Vault RIM. Why does this error occur?
Answer:
This message is returned when a document that is matched to the Content Plan Item mentioned in the message is not Version Locked. To correct this:
- Bring up the Submission Content Plan in the Content Plan Viewer.
- Confirm the Version is Locked column is showing on the Matched Document section.
- Filter on the Version is Locked column for No. For each document where Version is Locked = No, select the Action Menu for the document. Click Lock Version from this menu, then Select Eligible Version from the dropdown on the Lock Matched Document Version dialog, and click Continue.
- Attempt to lock the Content Plan again once the document's Version is Locked field is set to Yes.
