The visibility of the Consent Capture button is tied to its placement on the Account Page Layout. In the event, the button is added to the Custom Buttons section of the Account Page Layout, it will be visible on all Veeva CRM Offline platforms. It is not possible to control its visibility based on a specific Offline platform. If the requirement is to enable Consent Capture offline, but disable it online, this may be configured by restricting access to the Consent Capture Visualforce Page.
Notes:
- This scenario is not generally applied to all buttons, for example, the visibility of the Send Email on the Offline CRM Platforms is not controlled by its presence on the Account Page Layout, but permissions.
- Classic and Lightning versions of Salesforce have different Account Page Layouts in term the UI.
