Question:
How to add a new lab location in CDMS?
Answer:
Site users can choose an approved lab location for Lab Forms or manually add a new lab location by following the steps below.
- Navigate to Study -> Site -> Subject.
- Open the Lab Form.
- Click "Add New Lab Location" from the drop-down list.
- Enter Lab Name and Address, and choose Country.
- Click Save.
Please note that the lab location will be given a Pending status if it is entered in Data Entry tab, meaning that it must be approved by a data manager or lab manager before the lab normal ranges go into effect.
