How to check the status of documents added into relationships in Vault PromoMats and Medical?

Answer:

The user can check the status of documents added into Relationships in Vault only if a user has View Document permissions on these documents.

To check the status of documents added into Relationships, the steps below are recommended:

1. Open the document in Vault. 
2. Select the Relationships tab. 
   
   
   
   
3. Choose the type of Relationship and expand the category. 
   
   
   
   
4. The status of the related document is next to the document. 
   
   

Note: The user cannot see documents added into Relationships in states where the user does not have View Document permissions.
The below message appears if the user lacks view permission on the document:
