A user encounters the error below while trying to progress a document.
Answer:
This error appears when there are still unresolved annotations in the document. To resolve this issue, a user can do the following:
- Click the View annotations icon and choose Filter. A user can tell if unresolved annotations exist from the number next to Unresolved under Notes.
- Click Unresolved and be sure All is enabled (checked) for every other item except for Links to make all unresolved annotations appear.
- Resolve all unresolved annotations and try progressing the document again.
