Collaborative Authoring connects Vault to Office 365™ and allows multiple users to edit an Office document at the same time when checking out documents from Vault to a share document library in Office 365™ .
Collaborative authoring can be used with Microsoft Word™ (*.docx), Excel™ (*.xlsx), and PowerPoint™ (*.pptx) documents.
Edit document and Download permissions are needed.
