Question:

Why does the Veeva Analytics page no longer auto resize when resizing the browser window after deploying Lightning?

Answer:

This is currently working as designed. Prior to deploying Lightning when on the Veeva Analytics tab the page will attempt to auto resize when adjusting the size of the browser window. After deploying Lightning to the org the page will not auto resize when the browser windows is adjusted.
