How to create a new Rendition Profile in Vault?

Answer:

The steps below are addressed to a user with admin rights.

To create a new Rendition Profile:

1. Navigate to the Admin section.
2. Click on the Configuration tab.
3. Click on the Rendition Profiles section in the Document Setup list.
   
   
   
   
4. Click on Create.
   
   
   
   
5. Type the new Rendition Profile's name in the Details section.
6. Select the Generate Vault Protected PDF's box in the Protected PDF section.
   
   
   
   
7. By default, all restrictions are enabled. However, all of them have a picklist with exceptions.
   
   
   
   
8. Click Save after updates are completed.
