What Permission is needed for an Admin User to remove Training Material on a Training Requirement in Vault?

Answer:

In order for an Admin User to Remove Training Material from a Training Requirement record, the User will need to have Read, Edit, and Delete permissions on the Training ContentSet-Document Object:

The object permission can be edited through the Permission Set> Training ContentSet-Document object-level permissions:
