Why is there an Error when Resetting the Support Portal Password?
Organizations can prevent a user from updating Google Chrome settings. In this instance, the user needs to use another browser (i.e. Mozilla Firefox) to reset their Support Portal password. If a user is able to update the Google Chrome settings, the below instructions should be followed: Open Chrome Settings.
Open Security and Privacy.
Click Cookies and other site data.
Ensure that Allow all cookies is selected.
Once these settings are updated, the Forgot Password form should work correctly.
