How to reset an event in Vault CDMS?

Answer:

Data Entry users, with edit permission, can reset an event by following the below steps: 

1. Under the Data Entry tab, go to the event that needs to be reset.
2. Click on the three-dots button next to the event and select Reset Event.
   
   
   
   
3. Choose a reason for resetting the event, based on the protocol, and click on Continue.
   
   
   
   
4. Type "RESET" into the field and click Reset. This field is case insensitive. 
   
   
   
   

Note: The data can not be restored after resetting the event.
