How to reset an event in Vault CDMS?
Data Entry users, with edit permission, can reset an event by following the below steps:
- Under the Data Entry tab, go to the event that needs to be reset.
- Click on the three-dots button next to the event and select Reset Event.
- Choose a reason for resetting the event, based on the protocol, and click on Continue.
- Type "RESET" into the field and click Reset. This field is case insensitive.
Note: The data can not be restored after resetting the event.
