Overview:
All configuration changes are made according to the Events Timeline Homepage. However, the Timeline view is not displaying for the user.
Root Cause:
One possible cause of this issue is that the Events Management Settings VMobile Object Configuration (VMOC) is not Active.
Solution:
The admin should activate the VMOC for Events_Management_Settings_vod. This VMOC is part of the Events Management Quick Start Guide.
