How to edit a claim in Vault PromoMats and Vault Medical?
Once a claim is created, it can be modified using these steps:
- From Vault, click the Claims tab.
- Find the appropriate Claim and click the All Actions Menu.
- Select Edit from the drop-down.
- The Details tab displays the fields that the user can update.
- Be sure the Details tab has the information needed.
- Click Save.
Note: The user must have Create and Edit permissions on the object that is modified. In addition, the user must have Admin: Configuration: Objects: Create, Edit permissions to create and configure objects.
