How to edit a Claim in Vault PromoMats and Medical?

Answer:

To edit a Claim, please use the following instructions:

1. From Vault, click the Claims tab.
   
   
   
   
2. Search for the Claim and click the blue hyperlink under Name.
   
   
   
   
3. Click the Pencil icon on the top right of the screen.
   
   
   
   
4. Update the fields as needed under Details.
   
   
   
   
5. Once the fields have been updated, click Save on the top right of the screen.
