If this error is unexpected, please try the transmission again. Should the error persist, use an alternative method of transmission to the Health Authority (HA). This error means there is an issue with the certificate with the HA. To resolve this issue, work with the FDA further on updating the certificate.
Note: If the HA requests for AS2 heading information, Veeva does not store AS2 heading information. The message ID from the related dossier details will be enough for the HA to see this information and assist further
