When creating a recurring survey in CRM, why are no picklist options available for the Channels field?
Answer:
The user creating the Survey is lacking Record Type permissions on the Question_Response_vod object. At a minimum, grant the admin access to the Record Types on Question_Response_vod corresponding to the appropriate Survey Channel.
