How to create an Activity Report in Vault PromoMats and Vault Medical?
Answer:
Create Report permission is needed on the Activity report type.
In order to create such a report, follow the steps below:
- From Reports, create an Activity report type.
- Apply the below Filters.
Note: The filter Activity Type provides a varied selection from Workflow Task, User Task and Base Activity. The Workflow Task selection provides a full picture of the periodic performance of the user.
If the report is needed for a specific task, add the filter Name additionally.
- From Edit Columns, select all the metrics to match the requirements of the report.
- Click on Run and Save.
- From the All Actions menu, select one of the Export options to download the report locally.
Note: The Activity performance can be tracked in an Activity report type only for document tasks.
