How to Create a User Action for Document Workflow That Applying Any Document Lifecycle in Vault?

Question:

An Admin created a document workflow applying for any document lifecycle. However, when creating a user action for each specific document lifecycle, there are no options in which to choose the newly created workflow.

How can a User Action be created for a document workflow that applies to any document lifecycle in Vault?

Answer:

Once Any Document Lifecycle is selected for a document workflow, the Admin cannot add this workflow specifically to a user action of any lifecycle.
 
The workflow applies to any document lifecycle and can only be used in muti-document workflows,
A user can start the workflow directly from bulk action by adding the document to the cart or by starting the workflow within a binder.
