Overview:

In the CRM app, a URL field is being used to create a hyperlink intended for the rep to use while on the Edit page (for example, when creating a Call Report). However, the URL is not hyperlinked and therefore not clickable while in the Edit page.

Root Cause:

This is working as designed.
