When a Call_Channel_vod field is populated on a Parent Call in CRM, is the Child Call also populated with the same value in the Call_Channel_vod field?
This behavior varies between the type of Group Call.
For Group Call with Unique Activities:
- The Call_Channel_vod value from the parent call copies down to the created Child Call(s)
For Group Calls where Unique Activities are not enabled:
- The Call_Channel_vod value from the parent call does not copy down to the created Child Call(s)
- The created Child Call(s) points to the Parent Call and does not generate errors for not having a Call_Channel_vod value
