Question:
Can the Custom Domain Link on the CRM Sign-In Page added in 22R1 be disabled or enabled for only certain users and profiles?
Answer:
the Custom Domain link always displays for all users. Currently, this may not be disabled. However, the link may be configured to only allow specific profiles to sign in via the link:
- Navigate to Setup --> Apps --> Connected Apps --> Manage Connected Apps.
- Select Edit for Veeva CRM Apps.
- Select the Admin approved users are pre-authorized option for the Permitted Users field in the OAuth Policies section.
- Select Save.
- Select Manage Profiles in the Profiles section.
- Select the appropriate profiles.
- Select Save.
Currently, the Custom Domain Link cannot be suppressed for certain users or profiles.
