Question:
How to send the welcome email and password reset email in Vault CDMS?
Answer:
When the user needs a welcome email or a password reset email to log into Vault, User Administrator can resend these emails to the user by following the steps below.
- Navigate to Tools --> System Tools.

Search and select the concerned user.
- Click the action menu in the upper right and select Reset password or Send Welcome Email.
- The user will receive the notification emails as below.
Vault Welcome Email
Reset Password Email
Note: Users configured with Single-Sign-On security policy can not reset a password from Vault.
