Why are Caption Bookmark Links incorrect in a Vault Viewable Rendition?

Answer:

Within Vault's Rendition Settings, admins have the option to Auto generate bookmarks for captions.  However, the Viewable Rendition may generate some bookmark links that are linking to the incorrect destination in the document.  When this happens, it may be because a document editor has deleted or moved a caption within the Microsoft Word source document.  To fix this issue, the document editor must manually update the caption numbers within Microsoft Word, and then upload the new source document to Vault.
