Is there a limit on the number of Contains operators that can be used when filtering a Report in Vault?

Answer:

Yes, there is currently a limit of 3 Contains operators that can be used per Report due to performance concerns.  After 3 Contains operators have been applied to filters in a Report, the Contains operator will no longer appear in the dropdown operator select menu.
