How to Bring the Engage Meeting Window back up When the Engage Meeting Host is in Full-Screen (Slide Show Mode) During an Engage Meeting on CRM Desktop (Windows)?

Question:

Before sharing the Engage Meeting host screen, the host is already in full-screen (the slide show starts), how to bring the Engage Meeting window back up without exiting full-screen mode?

Answer:

Option 1: use Windows Alt+Tab switcher
  1. Press Alt+Tab on the keyboard.
  2. Hold the Alt key down.
  3. Keep pressing the Tab key to scroll through the open windows.
  4. Release the Alt key when an outline is around the Engage Meeting window.

Option 2: keep the Engage Meeting window on top when the meeting starts (before starting the slide show)

  1. Move the mouse cursor to the Engage Meeting window title bar.
  2. Press down on the right mouse button.
  3. Click Keep on Top.

  4. The Engage Meeting window keeps on top when the host enters full-screen mode.
