Overview:
When triggering the Create Placeholder action on a Submission Content Plan (SCP), an error occurred: An error occurred while performing the action: The document type is invalid
Root Cause:
The SCP references an inactive document classification. This is the reason why the placeholder is not created and why the error message appears. The document classification utilized by the SCP is inactive.
Solution:
To prevent the error either:
- Make the document classification referenced active
- Reference the SCP to a document classification that is active.
