How to view Unresolved or Resolved Annotations in Vault PromoMats and Medical?

Answer:

In order for a user to view and filter resolved or unresolved annotations within a document in Vault, follow the steps below:

1. Click on the View Annotations icon, then click on the filter icon on the right section.
   
   
   
   
2. Expand the Filters and select Unresolved or Resolved under the Notes section.
   
   
   
   
   Note: Select an option from the placement section for the annotations to show:
   
   
   
   
3. The unresolved/resolved annotations appear on the right-hand side of the document as expected.
   
   

Note: The buttons Next Annotation and Previous Annotation help a user move from one annotation to another.
