Is it possible to mark Suggestion feedback questions as required on dismissal of Suggestions in CRM?
Answer:
When using the default Suggestion feedback dialog, it is not possible to mark a question as required:
Marking the DismissFeedback1_vod__c, DismissFeedback2_vod__c, DismissFeedback3_vod__c or DismissFeedback4_vod__c fields on the Suggestion_Feedback_vod object as required on a field level or the page layout will not change this behavior.
To require a feedback response, a Suggestion Survey will need to be configured and used:
Note: Validation rules on the Suggestion_Feedback_vod object are not supported and will result in sync errors when a Suggestion is dismissed offline.
