Why is a user able to see and use the Remove from Territory button Online on an Account, but the button is not available offline, on CRM for iPad?

If the Remove from Territory button is working for a user when viewing an Account online, but the button is not displaying offline on iPad, please verify the following:
- Verify the iPad-specific configuration related to VMOCs, Veeva Settings, and Veeva Messages as detailed in our Online Help (linked below in Related Documentation).
- Ensuring that the REMOVE_FROM_TERRITORY_DCR_ACCT_TYPES Veeva Setting is populated with:
REMOVE_FROM_TERRITORY_DCR_ACCT_TYPES;;Feedback
- Ensure REMOVE_FROM_TERRITORY_DCR_ACCT_TYPES Veeva Message is populated with a double-semicolon separated list of Account Record Type Label, not the Record Type Name.
- For example, HCP Person;;Professional_vod;;Hospital_vod
- For example, HCP Person;;Professional_vod;;Hospital_vod
- Verify that the user's iPad CRM app is updated to the most recent version. The Remove from Territory button was first available on iPad as of the 221.3.100 release of iPad CRM.
