Question:
How to add documents to the cart in Vault PromoMats and Medical?
Answer:
Users can add documents to Cart to hold them for future actions: Download Source Files or Viewable Renditions, perform Bulk Actions and start a workflow (if applicable).

Add one document to the Cart:
A document can be added to the Cart from its Actions Menu which is available as well in the Library preview of the document:
a) From the Library, hover over the document to see the options. Click the Cart icon.
b) From the document, click the Actions Menu and select Add to Cart.

Add multiple documents to the Cart:
1. To take documents to the Cart in Bulk, select All Library/All Documents and use the Filters to find them or select any other View:or
2. Click the Actions Menu in the top right corner and select the option under Perform Bulk Action:
3. From the Refine Selection page, review the list of selected documents and deselect any that you do not want to include. Once completed, click Next in the top right corner.
4. In the Choose Action page, select Add to Cart and select Next.
5. In the Confirmation page, select Finish
Note: If there are already documents in the Cart, adding new documents does not remove the previous ones.
