How Can Filter Tasks By Study in Vault eTMF?

Question:

The user reports there is no Study filter in the filter list for All Tasks. How can they filter tasks by Study in Vault eTMF?

Answer:

By default, the task type is set to All, and the available menu selection for All Tasks filter is Workflow Owner filter. The available filters dynamically adjust based on the Task Type filter the user selected. Users can first select the Task Type, then task-related columns and fields for the target Task Type are selectable from the filter list.

For example, if users need to select tasks for all workflow tasks that include Study field, they can first select the Task Type as Envelope(Workflow Object) and then select the Study filter from the filter list.
