Question:

A user adds a filter for Products in a Binder and finds that not all Products are showing in Vault.

There are a lot of Product records, but why are there only a few in the filter for Binders?

Answer:

The display of only 5 Products in the suggestions drop-down menu for Products is Working as Designed. This drop-down menu should be able to search for any Products that are being referenced in documents. For example, if the user types out e, the drop-down menu is able to populate other Products other than the original 5 initially shown.
