How to add a Vault document to the text area of an email template created by the Bee Editor? 

Answer:

The email template creator can follow the steps below to complete this:

1. Open the email template by Bee Editor.
2. Click the text area then click the Insert/edit link icon as below image.
   
   
   
   
3. Add the {{$VaultDocID}} token to the Url input box as below image. The VaultDocID is the document id of the Vault document.
   
   
   
   
4. Add the Vault document in Step 3 above to the email template's Other Related Documents relationship. The Vault document should be stable.
