Users report a Subject should be in Screening Failure status, but it now is in Enrolled status. The admin re-runs the rule try to set the Subject status back to Screening Failure, but it still shows as Enrolled.
Why Subject status cannot move from Enrolled back to Screening Failure status in Vault CDMS?
The Enrolled status is considered more advanced than the Screening Failure status. Vault only allows moving a Subject into a more advanced Status and does not allow the status to move backward.
This is work as designed.

- Pre Screen
- In screening
- Screen Failure
- Started Treatment
- End of Treatment
- Started Follow Up
- Lost to Follow Up
