Users report System Query: Query status changed to answered because item is disabled or hidden displays on certain Item under Vault CDMS Review Tab. Why does this happen and what does this query mean?
Admin can use the Progressive Display to conditionally show or enable Items based on the value entered for a codelist- or boolean-type Item on the same Form.
The above System Query displays when the Progressive Display function disables or hides the Item but there is still a manual query opening on that Item, to indicate to users the manual query automatically be changed to Answered status by System. Users can only select the "Close Query" button to Close this query.
This type of System Query is normally expected only when all of the below three conditions are met:
- Item has Progressive Display enabled
- There is an open manual query for this item
- Item is disabled or hidden by the Progressive Display function
