Overview:
Checklist Type Provisioning Fails with the following error in Vault When Creating a Checklist Type Associated with the Change Control Object Type:
Root Cause:
The Quality Event checklist type is a standard checklist with functionality integral to other system actions associated with it, so it can not be customized even with a different object type.
Solution:
As a workaround, a Change Control checklist can be created

Navigate to Business Admin --> All Picklist --> Checklist Type, add a new value: Change Control.

Then, on the Quality Event Lifecycle state, configure a Start checklist user action with a condition to start a checklist for Change Control as shown in the screenshot below.
Note: A Checklist Design for Change Control in Approved state has to be configured for the user action to work, and that can be configured after Change Control is added to the picklist value.
