Why User Not Able to See the Assigned Tasks on My Tasks Widget of TMF Homepage or CRA Homepage in the Clinical Operations Vault?

Overview:

The user is able to see the assigned User Task or Workflow Task on My Tasks under the Home tab, but these tasks are not displayed in CRA Homepage --> My Tasks widget or in TMF Homepage --> My Tasks widget. Why does this issue happen?

Root Cause:

The user needs to have the read permission of Object: Activity Task --> User Task or Workflow Task to view these tasks in My Tasks widget of CRA Homepage or TMF Homepage.

Solution:

Admins can add the necessary permission for the user by following the below steps:

  1. Navigate to Admin --> Users & Groups --> search Security Profiles of the user.
  2. Open its associate Permission Sets.
  3. Navigate to Objects Tab --> Activity Task.
  4. Add Read Permission to User Task or Workflow Task.
