Question:

In Clinical Operations Vault, users can create and update records for objects by using FTP Automation. But the user who has all related permission not receiving any success and failure logs notification after loading CSVs and ZIP files into the FTP vaultloader directory and there is no record created by the Loader. Why does this happen?

Answer:

Below is the possible reason for this issue:

• The vaultloader directory name is not correct. The directory name is case-sensitive, the Loader job can not be triggered if the name of the directory is Vaultloader.
• The vaultloader directory is not created in the right directory. The vaultloader directory must add under the directory with this user's User ID. For example, to create the “vaultloader” directory for Clara whose User ID is 5678, navigate to vault1234/u5678 and add “/vaultloader”.
