Engage Experience Rating Prompt - Enable option for additional questions

Hi,

For  Engage Experience Rating Prompt - Currently it has only the questions related to the Audio, Video, Screen Share and other connect related questions.

However we would like to understand HCP experience on the Content, Rep knowledge and how we can make a better Experience for HCPs via Engage connect.

Is it possible as part of future upgrade to enable option for additional questions can be configured as per brand / company needs.

    Hi Rovin,

    We understand the need to collect more information from Reps and HCPs regarding other topic areas.

    We are considering potential enhancements in these areas.

    Officially on the roadmap is an enhancement to enable Reps to provide feedback to content admins regarding content quality and usability.
