Dear Veeva team,
I am evaluating the possibility to implement MyInsights for the field force in our organization.
Reading the documentation: https://crmhelp.veeva.com/doc/Content/CRM_topics/My_Insights/Overview.htm I need some more information to evaluate the potencial use of it.
2) Is it supported the integration of custom data that is not in CRM in the reports and burst them into the HTML report?
3) If we enable it for First Line Manager, would it be possible to get the aggregation data in this reports and add the different reps in the territory as filters?
4) In a potencial implementation, are the reports going to be available online for analysis purpose for the Managers?
