MULTICHANNEL ACTIVITY CUSTOM FIELDS to make visible on the timeline view

Hello, 

We are to receive a file from a different source and load this file to Multichannel Activity Table, with that process, we added custom fields on MultiChannel Activity Object. When we create a single Multichannel Record and access timeline view, the only thing we can see is the start date of the Multichannel activity and the record type name. We need our 3 custom Multichannel Activity fields to also be visible on the Timeline view. Is that even possible? If it is, please let us know what step we are missing base on this Document:

We already completed these: 

1. We give Read Access to MCA object to specific profiles
2. Created MCA Page Layout  and set all fields to Read Only
3. Created MCA Record Type

still, custom fields from MCA object are not visible on Timeline View

    I just noticed that the following feature is not showing up properly in our online help page.  I will work with our team to get it corrected.

    In the meanwhile, the info is available under the heading, "Configuring the Display of Custom Multi-channel Activity on the Timeline", in our v28 release notes here: http://vaulthelp2.vod309.com/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/Veeva-CRM-V28-Release-Notes.pdf. By enabling this feature, you should be able to get your custom fields to display in the Account Timeline view for your Multichannel Activities.
