How to assess the target class of a CRM account?

Hi Veeva Community,

In my understanding is that Veeva surveys should be done on customers where there is needs to be an adjustment to their target class. 

If a representative would like to keep their target class for that customer to remain from Cycle 2 into Cycle 3, they do not need to make a change to their Veeva survey. Is that the correct understanding?

Otherwise the AL will need to go to every customer and submit their target class again for majority of their customers as they do not change much cycle after cycle.

    Our survey module does not directly impact the target class of an account, however, you could use it as a tool to help assess the target class of an account.
