Hi Aaron and Amy, thank you for providing your feedback. We do have an enhancement in our Vault Loader backlog to include Vault Membership and Group Membership information in an extract. They will be prioritized for inclusion in a future release.

We have the exact same problem.  Currently we have to export the full list of users and export the members of each group during periodic review.  It'd be great if this could all be contained in a single user list export.

We also have this problem. I can use Loader to separately export the list of Users and the list of Groups. However, it's a cumbersome process to map the User IDs to the Groups. It would be great to be able to export a list of users by group, or run a report showing which users are in each group.

Is there an update on this enhancement as we would be interested in this as well.

Hi Dan, unfortunately, we have had other higher priority enhancements and this particular one is still in the backlog.

    Hi Dan/Leo,

I was in the same boat in the past.  Perhaps this isn't exactly what was requested in this thread, but does a "Group with User" report type satisfy this need (or a "User with Group" one)?  I believe that was added in 18R3.  http://vaulthelp.vod309.com/wordpress/admin-user-help/users/managing-groups/#reporting_on_groups

Once you create the report type you can add user fields (columns) and group by Group name.  Add additional user or group filters as needed.  The export to Excel should get pretty close.

And if I'm way off base you can disregard this.  Just wanted to throw it out there in case its an option for you.

    Thanks Kevin!

That is exactly what I was looking for. I was able to create the report type and generate an excel file successfully.

    Much appreciated!

Thanks for the suggestion. I should have thought of that as an alternative.
