Is SFDC Lightning Experience compatible with Veeva CRM?

Hi,

 

We can see that SFDC is more and more pushing for Lightning Experience.

SFDC Spring ’17 Release Overview is focused on Lightning only.

Current version of Veeva (v28) is not compatible for the moment.

Is this something taken into account by Veeva?

    Hi All,

    During our initial round of investigation when Lightning was first introduced by Salesforce, we found that it didn't support person accounts, which was a big limiting factor for us.  Salesforce has made significant enhancements (including supporting person accounts now) in the last few releases, so we are currently doing another round of investigation to see what would need to be done in order for Veeva CRM to be compatible with Lightning.

    Have you some news about the compatibility of Veeva with lighntning experience ?

    More and more salesforce Tools are only available with lighnting experience

    Hi All,

    At this time, we still do not have the full functionality from Salesforce Lightning to be able to switch Veeva CRM.  However, we have announced that we are aiming to have the new Sunrise UI be available on for the Online platform in 18R3.  The Sunrise UI online will be dependent on Salesforce Lightning having all the functionality that we need in order to make the switch and we are in communication with Salesforce about our needs in order to drive toward this.

    Can you please publish and communicate Veeva's recommendations with enabling Lightning experience on a Veeva Org ? I believe there is still not enough clarity on how to move forward and the timelines.
