How to Export CRM Dashboard Report in iOS11.1?

We added a new Dashboard Report to our CRM Home Page by creating an APEX Class and a Visual Force Page. We also added an Export Button to the report so that the user could export the contents to Excel. This approach works if running on the Windows OS. However, when using the iPad device with iOS11.1, this does not work. Has anyone else experienced this same issue? If so, is there a way to work around it?

Do you mean when you are using Safari or other browsers on iPad to export the report data, it doesn't work? If so, as per SFDC's reply, while it's possible to access and use some elements of the Classic UI and Lightning Experience from a web browser on your mobile phone or tablet, Salesforce don't actively support or provide troubleshooting assistance for those experiences when they're accessed outside of a desktop web browser

Below article is for your reference.

    Per the article:

Since touchscreen controls aren't built into the functionality for either experience, many elements don't function when viewed via mobile web browser, including but not limited to:

    • Calendars
    • Reports
    • Forecasting
    • Imports
    • Content Delivery
