Events Management - Email Templates should not be static in Event Materials
PlannedWhen using Approved Email templates with Events Management, templates are stored in Event Materials. These event material records remain static, even if that Approved Email Template is updated to a newer/updated version. Please have existing Event Material records reference the latest & approved versions of Approved Email Templates. So, if an Email Template is modified to a newer version; Event Materials for existing events should be updated to reflect that change.

We are currently working on the design of this enhancement as we are planning to enhance all content associated through Event Materials. We don't have a release version yet. I'll update as we progress, but if you have any further questions feel free to reach out.
