Received a request to add a new field (Comments) that appear for all document & binder classifications. Additional requirements of this Comments field include:
- Each new entry is saved in a running list that is easily viewable in a specific screen (i.e. timeline view, workflow history, version history) or as a new section of the document information panel without having to search through audit trail
- The running list also clearly indicates to which document version the comment is associated
- Can view previously entered comments if they are overwritten (accomplished by above mentioned running list)
- Can see who entered the comment
Does a System Admin or Vault Owner have ability to create this or would we need Veeva Support to 'build' this for us?
