What is the CLM Best Practice when source document is updated or expired in Vault?

When using the Create Presentation action for a document to create a CLM presentation and slide, what happens if the source document is updated or expired? What's the best way to ensure that presentation/slide will always show the latest version/be in sync?

    Hi Cody, 

    After CLM content has been published to CRM, if you update the document in Vault and use the Create Presentation action again, the previous version still lives in CRM until the updated document has reached a steady state. At that time, the new version replaces the existing one in CRM. If CLM content is expired in Vault, it will withdraw from CRM.
